The traditional cottage sleeps 7 in two large double-bedded rooms, one small double-bedded room and one single room (downstairs). There is a large dining room in addition to the drawing room.

It has two luxury bathrooms, one with modern bath and shower; one with a traditional large cast iron bathtub. The kitchen has a gas cooker and microwave. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. 

The garage is situated behind the cottage. Outside is a mature private garden with paved sitting-out area. Our cottage is unsuitable for children or pets.

We are situated just two minutes walk from the sea, in the quiet seaside resort of Budleigh Salterton.  The attractions of Budleigh include the beautiful jurassic coastline, golf club and royal croquet. The shops are small, friendly and independently owned. Fresh fish can be obtained daily from the local fisherman.
